California American Water Spaniels is located in Fallbrook,
California in northern San Diego County. I have been raising and
breeding the American Water Spaniel since 1988. I purchased my first American
Water Spaniel to get a hunting dog....not a show dog....not an obedience
dog. I fell so in love with the breed and their wonderful attitudes,
great ability to learn, and their desire to be all around true friends
that I decided to become totally involved with the breed. Since then
I have been raising and breeding these wonderful dogs. I have run
AWSC Hunt Tests, NAHRA Hunt Tests, and shown in both Conformation and Obedience.
California American Water Spaniels have been successful in all
these endeavors and have proven that they are not only well structured
dogs, but they also have trainability and they have the hunting instincts
for which these dogs were originally bred.
